Vinegar is commonly used in food preparation, particularly in pickling processes, vinaigrettes, and other salad dressings. Our fruit vinegar flavor selection from tropical fruit: mango, guava, pineapple etc. These product are produced by slow fermentation processes, used with traditional vinegars. Our fermentation process proceeds slowly over the course of weeks to months to develop the natural acids while retaining the flavors of the fruits.

     
         
                     

Tropical fruit vinegar made in traditional methods. These are not vinegars that have been flavor with fruit they are vinegars made from fruit.
There are many infused vinegars on the market where they take a simple vinegar made from sugar and then infuse it with fruit flavors either artificial or natural. These products are different from ours in that we make our vinegar from the actual fruits. For example to make our Mango Vinegar we take fresh ripe mangos, blend them with a little purified water and then ferment the mixture in ceramic tanks and let nature take its course. A few months later we have vinegar!

 

Our fruit vinegar flavors include: Mango, White Mango, White Guava, Pink Guava, Pineapple, Apple, Jackfruit, Rabutan, Mangustine, Soursap, Mixed Fruit, Strawberry, Grape, and Specialty Indonesian Fruits.
