Our Fruit
Vinegars are not fruit flavored or fruit infused vinegars they are made in a
traditional style where actual fruit juice is turned into vinegar.
This traditional style of fruit vinegar production created products
with distinctive flavors that are not overpowered by the base acids
used.

Most Fruit Vinegars that are found in the market place today are made from a base acid like Acetic Acid that is mixed with water and fruit juice or fruit flavoring. Another method is to take a inexpensive vinegar and then infuse fruit flavor into the vinegar. Our vinegar is different! If it says "guava" vinegar it is made from guavas, purified water, and our mother (starter). |
